What we collect

When you request a quotation or contact us, we collect your name, company (optional), mobile number, email address, event date, venue and the details of your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage bookings, deliver and collect equipment, invoice you and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deliver our service (for example our email and website hosting providers, accountants or a sub-contracted technician), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) website and password-protected business accounts.

Your rights

Photos on our website show set-ups from previous events. Faces of guests are blurred. If you would like a photo removed, please contact us.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your “Add to quote” list in your own browser (local storage) so it is remembered between pages; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. The embedded Google map and Google Fonts may set or read their own technical data under Google’s privacy policy.
